One little problem is after convertion, the new video has another subtitle track came out of nowhere, which only contains chapter names of the movie like 'Chapter 3' or '00:00:00' etc. Everything works out fine, video is being converted successfully, subtitles are working as well.

I simply want to convert my MKV files to MP4 by removing encoded subtitles and adding my own multiple external SubRip subtitles.
